Five generations of French savoir-faire
PAUL’s story began in northern France when Charlemagne Mayot opened a small family bakery. His passion for good bread passed from one generation to the next, shaping a house known for its craft, uncompromising quality and warm French hospitality.
Through the decades, PAUL grew from neighborhood boulangerie to bakery-café while remaining faithful to the essentials: carefully made bread, timeless recipes, beautiful presentation and the pleasure of sharing food together.
Today, every PAUL carries that heritage forward. Here at Tysons Galleria, it lives in the aroma of warm viennoiserie, the crackle of a baguette and the welcome at the counter.
