Whether you’re after a sweet treat to reward yourself for being on Santa’s nice list, a scrumptious bite to share with that special someone under the mistletoe, or a delectable centerpiece for your holiday get together, PAUL promises to deliver!
Merry and Bright: Yule Logs and Festive Bakes
Santa won’t be the only one hurrying down the chimney for a taste of PAUL’s holiday items. Our 2023 menu encompasses an array of new and old favorites, including:
- White Brioche Snowman. There’s nothing frosty about this charming treat. You’ll melt for this delicious brioche dipped in the finest white chocolate and dressed with dark chocolate buttons. It’s the perfect choice for young kids or paired with a festive drink.
- Dark Chocolate Brioche Man. Move over, gingerbread men. Those who can’t go past a hot cocoa will love our Dark Chocolate Brioche Man. Dipped in the finest dark chocolate, it’s ideal for pairing with mocha or coffee drinks.
- Chocolate Praline Yule Log. Turn heads with a classic Bûche de Noël, a French holiday staple that invites you to lift a fork in its honor. It’s the perfect addition to your table with decadent cream, praline pieces, an indulgent almond base, and a shimmery glaze finish. (Serves 8 or can be portioned for individual enjoyment.)
- Red Fruit Carousel Yule Log. Make it a berry merry occasion with our red fruit Bûche de Noël. Featuring a heart of blackcurrant and raspberry, a refreshing strawberry puree, and a red fruit mousse, it’ll brighten up any spread. (Serves 8 or can be portioned for individual enjoyment.)
- Caramel Pecan Yule Log. Pecan, caramel mousse, and delightful mascarpone pair together for an indulgent yet balanced blend of savory and sweet. This is one to toast with a glass of eggnog. (Serves 8 or can be portioned for individual enjoyment.)
- Apple Galette. Apple pie, but make it Français. A French holiday staple, our rustic galette features gently stewed apples wrapped in a golden puff pastry crust. This aromatic treat invites you to come back for seconds. (Available in individual servings or to serve groups of 4 or 8.)
- Frangipane Galette. A twist on our apple galette, this favorite offers a rich almond cream filling that is impossible to say no to. (Available in individual servings or to serve groups of 8.)

Baby, it’s cold out there! Whether you’re dining in or ordering a dessert to go, make it an outing that “sleighs” with our limited-time offer of holiday-themed warmed beverages. Explore our range of festive syrups, aromatic spices, and even our delicious teas – all of which will fortify you as you head back outside to enjoy the holiday lights or finish up your holiday gift shopping.
Our baristas make every drink to order and can help you with your usual or a brand-new taste they know you’ll love. Don’t forget to add a homemade holiday macaroon or pastry on the side!
